London Galleries

Here are some examples of old lettering on the walls of buildings collected from places in the capital city. Thanks to the donors of images/information. London, we know, is a massive resource for public lettering from times past; there are hundreds, if not thousands of examples of lettering history. We include here several galleries of images to give a hint of these riches. If you have any information about any of the signs, do email us.
